Here's directions: From Santa Monica, take the 10 fwy east to the 110 fwy,
110 north to 101 south. (Actually, the sign will say 5-Santa Ana/10-San
Bernadino, but technically you'll be on the 101) Exit at the Alameda St exit,
which puts you onto Commercial St. Make a right and go to Alameda, then make
a left. The parking lot will be on your left just before you get to 1st Street.
From the Valley, just take 101 south into downtown LA and follow the instructions above.
For those who want to carpool: Carpools are leaving from Sears at 8:00 - 8:15. Please
contact us to let us know if you want to
carpool, or if you'd like to drive a carpool.
Afterwards, we're eating at Weiland Brewery Restaurant, which is just across the street
from the museum at 400 east 1st Street. They're open til 2 am, and they got great food.
They're busy on Friday nights, but I've already made reservations, so PLEASE, let us know
ASAP if you'd like to eat there afterwards, so we can let them know how many people are
coming.
